Another WAT 1.1 minor update
Some modifications:
- Changed the reference links for JavaScript and XHTML references from devguru to w3schools, because devguru links changed also they have modified their references and I don't like the new format.
- Updated the "doc info - links list" function , now bigger and better.
- Updated the WAVE function to point to the new version of the WAVE 3.5
- Updated the "structure/doc info - frames" function (duplicated function, don't ask me why) , now bigger and better - provides "noframes" info.
- Implemented "pop up blocker" checking on almost all functions that open a new window.
